I've been doing everything I possibly can, and I'm so discouraged and depressed right now. I've only lost 7 pounds in two months, and nothing in the past two weeks. I have a total of 90 more pounds to lose, and the fact that I've barely lost anything sucks. I've cut my calories to 1,200, I exercise almost daily, what more can I do? I'm almost sad that I'm not fat enough for gastric bypass surgery because I'm just going to be stuck as a fat person forever. My stomach is so huge people think I'm pregnant (which is wrong when you're 16 years old) and my thighs cause quakes. My arms genuinely horrify. What's left for me to do?

I hope I helped you feel a little better tonight when we chatted. Remember...I owe you an outfit!! :rose::rose: I am sooo looking forward to seeing all the wonderful things you will accomplish over the next few months. You are a very strong person...and together...we can accomplish everything we set our minds too.

I am so glad we did get the chance to talk. You gave me a lot of encouragement and I look forward to catching up with you each time we both step closer to our goals. Thanks so much.

I am sorry you are having a difficult time here.  Have you been to the doctor to see if there are any medical reasons you are not losing weight?  Other possibilities are...  are you eating breakfast to get your metabolism up in the morning, are you eating healthy snacks between meals to keep your metabolism going throughout the day, are you eating a lot of processed food or are you eating a lot of fruits, veggies, I have noticed that the sugar in processed foods seem to slow me down, when you exercise are you exercising long enough to burn enough calories and are you getting your heart rate high enough to burn calories at a higher rate, are you getting enough sleep (that can also slow your metabolism down),  do you think that maybe you are not eating enough calories and that is keeping your metabolism down???   I am not sure if any of these are the reasons that you are not losing weight, I just thought I would give you some ideas to ponder.   I wish you luck.  I hope you do not give up on yourself.  You are worth being healthy and and feeling good.  Take care, Tricia:D
