Okay, to loose weight you need to eat less calories, that's a given. So, if I calculated the fact that I'm eating 1,500 calories a day and there's 7 days a week thats 10, 500 a week (I'm loosing about a pound- a pound and a half per week) . What if one day I ate 1700 cals but the next I only at 1300. Is that okay? Not as effective for weight loss or just as? If I'm still meeting my 10,500 calsories but in that way. Will that be a problem?
You aren't a machine, so I wouldn't beat yourself up over what you described. Over a couple of days I wouldn't worry about it. Even consider the clawback of that extra few calories over the balance of the week if 1,300 is going to give you a really rough day.
