Many of you may remember my previous posts. That I am loosing weight, and all the help and suggestion I have asked for. I have followed a strict diet, and also done alot of exercising. I got down to 190 from 237pounds back in may 2nd I would say, Its now half way June. And I dont seem to be loosing anymore weight. My belly, it feel as if it got bigger, and I still feel fat, and still cannot take of my shirt and feel good. I am not sure what to think, If I was too loose another 20 pounds I think my belly would disppear. But the problem is that in most of my body, I am skiny, I can feel my bones, except my belly is big. (If I look in the mirror, and pull in my belly, I would perfect, If I was like that without pulling it in)
Thanks

This is just a wild thought, but maybe you are used to having so much fat on your body that you think it's not normal to "feel your bones."
I can always feel mine.
Speaking of feeling hard things, 20 years ago we used to have these hard wood chairs. And back when my eating disorder was in full swing, I'd be up and down with my weight. Whenever my weight was down, I needed a pad for the chair or it was uncomfortable.
But when my weight was up, I carried padding around with me 24/7! ;)

I wouldnt feel fat like you are saying. I have heard so many times that the tummy is the last thing to go.
Is it more possible that because you have lost so much weight accross the rest of your body that now in comparison your belly "looks" bigger, when in all actualality it propbably smaller than it has ever been, but seems bigger? I have noticed that on myself as well and the only thing that I can do to kepp in prospective is measure my ab area and see that it is smaller. :)
Another thing is are you doing alot of crunches, situps, ab machines? I have noticed that under the fat my abs are getting rock hard, and being hard means that they probably grew a bit pushing a bit of fat outward as well.
Your doing great and obviously what your doing is working, just refine what you do some more and keep it up, your body will slow down the closer to your ideal weight you get.

I am not complaning about feeling my bones, this is actually great. I am not happy about my belly. I was really hoping to loose it. But I do understand its the last to go. But my question is how many more pounds I have too loose. Alot of people told me I would to far too skiny If I went to 180. But in the same time alot of people told me to go to160, cuz I sitll look fat. And whats wrost I am leaving on vaction in two weeks. and I was hopnig to look good by then.
Thanks

Exactly what I was thinking. But if you still aren't happy then you could do sit-ups or something. They really make a difference, and you FEEL the difference too, which always encourages me.
