Overweight and obesity is on the rise and is becoming an epidemic in the United States. Especially in our children. I have a 12 year old daughter and it bothers me to see her weight at her age steadily increasing. She now weight 170 pounds and each time I take her to the doctor for a physical, the weight would be up by 1 or more pound. I've tried to keep her on a diet at home, monitor what she eats and changed up on the way I cook for her. I cook more bake skinless meats, salads, not too much fruit in her diet as fruit contains sugar so I have to be careful on her sugar intake. No sodas, just water and I dilute her juices with natural spring water for less sugar as well. I push her to exercise but she's really not into as much but she will attempt to do a little.
I discussed the issue with a very good friend of mine. We have been friends for over 30 years and she put on massive amount of weight after having children. she weighed 278 pounds and couldn't drop it. She's tried so many different weight loss management programs, diet pills, she'll come down a little, then go back up. Well a few months ago, she started taking this product and lost over 24 pounds and is still dropping. She says to me that this is the first product that actually worked for her and she's not only losing the weight, but it has other benefits as well. Of course I said no, but once she explained the product was all 100% natural no harmful chemicals, no side effects and just three herbal ingredients. I decided to look more into it and was surprised at the results people besides my friend was getting. I did my research and found that children were taking this fiber supplement and was losing weight. I spoke to my daughter's doctor before giving to her then ordered the fiber and she's taking it and losing inches, (water weight first), before it starts to burn the fat. I am amazed and it gives her no side effects. If anyone is interested in losing weight the natural way I tell you it works! Let me know if you are interested.

| Such a sad story. People would rather do "products" rather than come to terms with the concept of calories - and creating a diet that is based on vegetables, beans and fruit and lower in everything else

Point taken, Many people struggle each day to keep up with a good diet plan. Implementing a fiber supplement in your diet is a great way to boost your fiber intake. It's proven to be safe. It's a dietary "product" yes, but it is all natural.

I actually take a psyllium fiber supplement every day, but there is nothing revolutionary or new about that. Psyllium supplements have been around for at least 20 years. That's the primary ingredient in Metamucil, after all.
It keeps me regular. I don't notice that it makes that much of a difference in suppressing my appetite or making me feel fuller on less food, though.
So what is so revolutionary about this fiber/supplement herbal product you're shilling? Nothing, really.
And three natural herbal ingredients? Yeah, just remember that deadly nightshade and poison hemlock are natural herbs, as is marijuana. "Natural" and "herbal" may sound nice, but really don't mean anything.

| And your kid is 170 lbs at age 12? I was chubby at 12 and I was only around 145 or so. Time to start talking to the family doctor and maybe registered dietician (RD) about the whole family overhauling your food and exercise habits.
