Hi all,
For the last 15 years I've maintained nearly the same weight.(+1/-1 kg). My BMI is 24.1 and I thought that nothing is wrong because I am in the normal weight scale.
Today I was walking in the park and there was this initiative "Body fat measurement". I decided to give it a go and was shocked to find that I have high levels of internal fat.
I was wondering if anybody is familiar with this and could give some advice. I am female, 31 years old; 5'8; 158.7 lbs.

| Thank you for your replies. The thing is that on my last check up the cholesterol and triglyceride levels were normal. Also I have flat belly and my waistline is 29.5 inches. I am beginning to wonder if this measurement was accurate at all.
