I'm new to here. I don't know which sub-forums to go so I ask here.
In brief, I am 27, almost 80kg, 173cm tall . I have no muscles at all with waist 40inch (yes, inch), un-exercised arms, fat legs, so you can imagine how fat I'm and how lacking in exercises I am. I hope a change. A drastic change before I am too old to start.
I always believe that a proper diet is far more important than any violent exercises. What I mean is - for example, a man who has runs for an hour and then drink a coke will probably worse than he doesnt run at all. Right? (my english grammar so bad cause I am not English user, hope you understand what i 'm saying)
As a result, I hope to get some advice and suggestion on my daily recipe. Now, I am eating fast food and instant noodles every day because I can barely cook something, except some simple food. I don't want to dine at fast food shops anymore because they'll kill me. I can't afford to dine every meals at other restaurants, by the way, their food is not much better than those of the fast food shops.
I am looking for simple recipe to follow. Thank you.
I have learnt which foods to eat more of and which foods to eat less of.
I usually do not use recipes or make complicated dishes.
I eat a lot of single-ingredient foods, as they come or very simply prepared. Sometimes I will just mix a few of them together.
Some foods are suitable for eating raw. Others just need a bit of cooking (I use my microwave oven to 'steam' some vegetables). Sometimes I will also cook on the hob or use an oven but these times are relatively rare.
The point is that cooking is a skill that can be developed (and even made into a hobby) but it is not necessary, if you are prepared to eat simply.
