counter pesky side effects

After reading a few posts I've realized that there are far worse side effects than i realized.. is there anything i can do while dieting to slow them down, so as to maybe head them off?

(saggy skin.. stretch marks.. cellulite..)

Stretch marks are a part of life. I first got them when I was 19 years old and I was lifting a lot of weights. Then you get more when you stop lifting weights and you get smaller.

Then of course, when I gained weight, I also got them around my waist and stomach areas when I lost the weight.

Saggy skin--I imagine you can beat that by lifting weights and cutting your calories slowly.

 

Cellulite--cellulite is a fact of life also. Even Beyonce has some.:D
