How to Put a TickerFactory.com Ticker in Your Post - Help Using the Forums - Forum Business - All Members Must Read the Brief Membership Instructions and Posting Guidelines

For weight loss, you can track your weight, waist, or BMI. To fully understand how they work, begin by reading their Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).

Follow these steps to create your ticker and put it in your post:

Go to The Ticker Factory website.
Scroll down a bit and click on Weight Loss.
Select a ticker ruler (not that there are several pages to choose from), then click on Next.
Select a ticker slider (not that there are several pages to choose from), then click on Next.
Carefully follow the instructions to complete your ticker, then click on Next.
Click in the box labeled bbCode.
Type Ctrl A to highlight the contents, then Ctrl C to copy it.
In your forum post, type Ctrl V to place the code where at your cursor. When you complete your post and click on Send, the text will be transformed into your ticker.
To update your ticker, simply click on it in an old post. You will be taken back to The Ticker Factory where you can update it, and post it in a new post if you like.

So you don't get confused, note that anytime you update your ticker it will automatically be updated in all your past posts. So you might post that you are just beginning, and display your ticker to show it. But later look back at that old post and find yourself at your goal!
