For most of us weight loss is difficult. In short we eat too much and possibly don't exercise enough. The reasons for overeating are so vast and complex though. I would never trivialise this either because so many people don't understand what an uphill battle some of us have with weight management and are often less than sympathetic and can be extremely judgemental too.
I firmly believe that if we fall off the band wagon at any time; we simply have to get rifht on the band wagon again.
This is what I advocate as someone who has learned from yo yo dieting and trying so many weight loss plans over the years.
