I made the tastiest lasagna today. I baked some spaghetti squash in the oven until tender, and scooped out the good stuff. I put the squash into a baking dish and added a can of diced tomatoes, some garlic, some ground turkey and just mixed it together, nothing fancy, and put it into the oven. I cooked it on 350 for about half an hour, but I pre-cooked the turkey. It came out delicious and very low calorie. I added a little cheese on the top at the end.
My ingredients:
3 cups cooked spaghetti squash
minced garlic to taste ( I used two tbs.)
1 can diced tomatoes
6 oz. ground turkey
half cup grated cheese
I used some Italian seasoning and a little pepper as well for spice. It was delicious and this made a lot of food. I ate it while I watched football for lunch and ate the rest for dinner.
