Smarter: Natures Own Whitewheat Bun: 80cal, Oscar Meyer 98%fat free Wieners 40cal, salsa 10cal = 130cal

There are alternatives out there!

Yikes, even your "regular" is better than my regular...the hot dogs we buy are 180 and the buns are 220!
