I love this one!
Cut up bananas and freeze them overnight until completely frozen.
Blend the bananas until you get an ice-cream-like texture. It looks really good!
Add your favorite fresh fruits, like strawberries. Maybe a couple nuts, too.

eww... that sounds like baby food gone wrong.... if i get desperate enough. i shall try it. hehe. although i dont think i have a chainsaw for the added fun of hacking the bananas... darn. ;)

| The Banana Ice Cream is great. I put fruit in it for a different Flavor. Raw is great. Just Started 3 months ago at age 67. Lost 25 pounds in 2 months. Thought plan was making me dizzy. it turned out to be an ear infection. More should go raw.

That sounds really good, and fun--but is it really healthier than like nonfat frozen yogurt? Bananas are full of great stuff--but they're also full of lots of calories.
Another question: I like to eat hot food for some of my meals--what do raw food only eaters eat that isn't cold? (hopefully that's not a stupid question:)

Yup it's DEFINITELY more healthy than yogurt.
