First of all , I am 14, 5' 7", and now weigh 185.4 lbs. About 4 weeks ago, I weighed in at 205.2 and I felt terrible. I changed everything. I ate less food and made sure what I ate had good nutritional values. I excercise about 2 hours everyday mixing cardio with weight training. The physical changes I noticed were small such as seeing the tendons in my hand, but when I went school clothes shopping I found out that I had lost 4 inches off my waist and had gone down to a large in shirts. I took a picture and looking back, I see a huge difference (no pun intended ). My plan is to finish the summer at 175 and to be at 145 by late Decmeber, this way, I can start a new year, as a new me.

EDIT: Also, I found out that I have no problems healthwise. Even my cholesterol is in the normal range. I feel that this would have been an entirely different story had I had those blood tests sooner.
