A year and a half ago I weighed in at very very close to 300 pounds. I took a part time job that gave me some exercise. I gradually over a year naturally lost weight till I hit 225. 225 at 5 foot 9 was a fat gooey mess. The last week of November I was sick of being fat and feeling incredibly unattractive. I came across this website and looked into bmi and how to loose weight. I set a schedule of running every morning before work, Knocking out fatty food and sodas.
Well it finally happened. I weighed in this morning at 168. I'm finally in the normal weight category according to my bmi. I'm 27 now. The last time I weighed this littles was way back my freshman year of highschool. I just want to thank everyone on this site that have helped me work the numbers to make this happen.

I too hold discovered the Atkins diet brilliant, I am diabetic and provide now I can stay my blood sugar storey basically normal, my kidney function test improved going back to nearly normal, my liver function is normal and moreover I experience magnificent cholesterol. What I was informed was I in effect only had wonderful cholesterol and the level I was looking at was 2.5. My blood pressure tinier to how I experience carried on informed is the blood pressure of a body part my age.
If I had celebrated regarding the present diet decades ago, I maybe might never experience become diabetic let only used 30 ages making moaned at almost my blood sugar total amount and rendering larger amount of and funny things insulin. I now take no insulin at all.
