| I lost 170 lbs and I believe if people find the program that works for them it's only a matter of time! You can see in this forum people have enjoyed success and have thier freedom back. So to everyone it's doable. I suffered for most of my life and my family suffered with me. Now they celebrate and are looking forward to many healthy years. Attached Image (viewed 1183 times):

That's awesome!!! I bet you feel so much better now and have so much more energy.
Can I ask how you did it? What program you used?
Thanks!

Wow, that is really fantastic! I just have one question that has been bothering me about losing weight, I'm afraid of having extra skin, I don't want to have surgery. I was told that that's what happens, I'm 320lbs and 6'4". Is it true that you get extra skin, and if so, is it enough that surgery is needed?

Cii, with slow weight loss there is less loose skin, so don't go on any severe diets. Also exercise helps keep it in check. I thought I would have a lot more loose skin (and I actually did) when I was starting to get a lot smaller, but it's bounced back pretty decently, nothing great, but I can live with it. I may consider surgery some day, but it really does require time to heal that skin, so give it time before you do anything drastic. Hope that helps
