I'm really happy, just 1 week of simple power walking and eating healthily I've lost an inch of my waist and almost 1 & 1/2 inch of of my legs.
It's so much more simple than it seems, go for it, think of what you want to be... Realise ANYBODY can do it! All you have to do is tell yourself looking great is better than stuffing yourself, even though it's hard to believe sometimes
Think of the new you, the new people you'll meet... The clothes and places you can now take on... All the attention and compliments! The activitys and self confidence!
