Wow, It's impossible to even see you as the same person, you look great. How much weight did you lose? How did you do it? How long has it taken you?

Lost approximately 40 kilos.....I think that's around 88 pounds.
My biggest problem was binge eating. So I attended Overeater's Annoymous (it's FREE and in the phone book). That took me 6 months to learn how NOT to binge eat.
Then after I learnt not to binge eat, I started counting calories and exercising. Oh, I also drunk water. The calorie counting worked wonders for me. I had to keep adjusting the calories as I lost more weight. Here's a giude of the calories I ate.....
WOMEN
Need to lose less than 6kgs
1,250 calories (35grams of fat)
Need to lose 6 -20 kgs
1,500 calories (42g of fat)
Need to lose more than 20kg
1,750 calories (49g of fat)
I like calorie counting cause it's free and I got the number of calories in foods from the web for free. KJs are written on packets sometimes instead of calories, to work out the calories divide by 4.19
SORRY IF YOU ALREADY KNOW THIS!
In total it has taken me 2 years because I had such huge problems with binge eating. I still slip up every now and again but for the most part it's okay.
I have 'in between' pics if you would lke to see them.
Thanks you for your comments.
I want to lose another 5 kilos.......so I will update the pics when I do!
