| im 17, 5' 6" and wus 200 on june 26th and am now 160! i am so happy and feel different the only thing is that i dont look like i lost 40 lb(in my opinion) possibly because i see myself evry day. maybe when school starts people might notice

That's fantastic - congratulations!
But, have you increased your exercise so that you:
1. Enjoy your new, lighter body
2. Help to maintain your successful weight loss.
Without wishing to introduce a negative note, it's when you 'take your eye off the ball' that things can reverse.
Congrats again, though. It's good to read success stories.

| nevd my excercise has increased and i feel great. and joe i did it by straight up diet and excercise. i learned that cheating once evry week and a half creates a change in my diet that helps me avoice plateaus. i only drink water i hate carbonated drinks. i went from 10 minute intervals of running to now that im 40 lb lighter 1 hour running straight. so i did moderate excercise and built up gradual.
