I dropped thirty pounds this summer, all thankis to my sister and mom! They are both very athletic and physically fit people, and they forced me to work out with them every day. I ate exactly the same as I have been, but with intensive exercise I am looking and feeling great! It was very harsh, but it was worth it. My blood, sweat, and tears (literally) went into this struggle, but it was all worth it in the end. I recommend having someone exercise with you, because you can push each other harder, and get a better workout, too. To reach my ultimate goal of 115 pounds by November 22, I have thirteen pounds left to go, so wish me as much luck as I wish all of you! :D
