Hello everybody, Thought I might  sum this up to make it short and sweet. If you guys are running into problems with weight loss  bouncing back and gaining all the weight back.....orjust want fast results period I'll explain what I did. In a nut shell, Just eat 4-6 meals a day Eat All your carbs befor 3-PM Make sure their always low glycemic carbs like whole wheat bread...Brown rice, Whole wheat pasta...etc....Always combine some sort of protein with your food consumption...this well help keep your blood sugar level lower and balance out the calroies that your body will be burning for energy. After 3 PM Stick to nothing more than vegetables, fruit and meat, This will get your blood sugar level even lower so your body doesnt have a tendency to stick those extra calories caused by starchy carbs in your fat cells at night. So here is the key...work out every morning (high intensity) or Lowe of course if you can't because of a health issue) 45-an hour at the most....on an empty stomach...this will help your body burn and tap into only your fat cells for energy...This way your burning off exactly what you don't want which is fat. Make since right....Everything you eat must be burned...so if your sticking to lower carbs later in the afternoon and at night...when you wake up...your body will be ready to burn its reserved energy source....I promise you you will get results every week in the mirror...Stay away from all simple sugar......anything in fruit drinks soda....(you get the point) fruit is a different type of sugar that does'nt spark the blood sugar level that high....So i say it;'s okay and you can make it taste like a treat to kill the cravings late at night.....Follow all those rules and I promise you that you can drop atleast 4 pounds a week.....Remember to not over exercise in the morning are you will burn muscle which lowers your BMI...have a fast protein shake right after...this will keep your body from tapping into your muscle tissue for energy...Ok Now If you really want the scoop on all this info and like really get all the why it works...and find out how to keep the weight off...Check out this internet site made for TheBiggestLoser show on NBC.This information will really help you more than anything in your weightloss efforts. You've done really well, well done! I also have started limiting my carbs in the evenings, and I found that I do not feel as bloated and I have been having better weight loss results. I only limit my carbs after 5pm, but maybe I should try the 3pm curfew for a week and see how that goes. Your tips have given my more motivation now, thanks!!!!!!!!!!!
