I joined a gym about 9 months ago and my lifestyle has taken a 180 degree turn. I have losted 20 lbs. going from 190 to 170. However this is a very muscular 170 and I know I have lost much more than 20 lbs. in fat. I have gone from eating fast food and bad eating habbits to craving vegetables and lean meats (and am completely disgusted by fast food). I also crave running, I run almost every day for 2.5-4 miles. My goal is to run competively in a 5k race next spring. In addition to running, I lift weights 3-4 times a week. Can't wait to lose a little more body fat so I can be cut! Thanks Peter and everyone on here, I love reading about everyones success stories!
