Basically all I did was kept my calorie intake around 1300 a day...Cut soda (diet also) out of my diet completly, no sugar, no white bread, no white rice.. drank tons of water and some green tea.
Walked 6 miles everday, use free weights (4-5 pounds) three times a week, skip rope for 15 minutes 3 times a week, 50 crunches every other day. And for about two weeks now I've incorperated 2, 15 minute sessions of aerobics into my daily routin.
Needless to say the weight loss didnt come without a good deal of work, and I know I'll have to keep it up for a life time to stay this way... but its all worth it to be slim and healthy :)

| Took me about three months to build up that much exercise. One of the things you really need when trying to lose weight is patience.
