I am a varsity cheerleader and a model.  My health and fitness is very important to me!!  Every Tuesday and Thursday I do aerobics for an hour and a half.  So far its been very rewarding!  I have a six pack and earned it in just a few months!!!!  I do the class with my coach and a few of my friends.  So during the excercising we encourage each other.  I get to have fun seeing my friends twice a week.  I have many excercises that could help you too.  Email or Reply to me and i'll send some excercises to you.  I have sucess in cheerleading, i'm Captain!!  I also have sucess in modeling by doing runway shows, taking classes at John Robert Powers,  and being excepted in the Ford Modeling Association!!!! Hopefully I can help you too!!!!!:D

My name is Susie...and I used to be really tiny(16% body fat), but I broke up with my fiance a year ago...and put on some weight(26% Body Fat...oie).  I am in training to be an aerobics instructor...but I find it hard to go out in public sometimes(even to the gym), 'cuz I am embarrassed of my weight, and how I look.  I am not really that big, but I feel I am failure because of my weight gain.  I could really use some advice...to gain confidance..and ideas to get me excited about aerobics and fitness again, so I can get my life back on track.  It sounds like you have worked hard to be as successful as you are...can you give me any advice on how to push through this and perservere???  I'd really appreciate it!!

Hello, I have about sixty pounds to lose and I have just started exercising and eating right but I would love if you could share some of the exercises that worked for you.  Espeically ones for the ab's.  I used to model years ago but over the years I just kept gaining more and more weight to honest once I get this weight off I would love to look into modeling again.  Any advice you have for modeling would be appreciated as well.

I voted for 2 but... it`s not exactly true actually! I you take into account that I get to work and back eithe by foot or by a bike then I do exercise five times a week at least, usually six - Saturday is the horse riding day!

Wow, it sounds like you are really in shape.  Any advise you could offer regarding the modeling would be great!  I've taken classes already at John Cassablancas and I'm pretty good on runway but I really would like to do print modeling like magazines and catalogs, but I have no idea how to get started.  I assume right now I would have to do plus size modeling because I'm like a 14/16.  I am still losing weight though, I've lost 28 pounds so far and I have another thirty to go, I'm planning on doing it by the end of the year.  Wow, you got a six pack in a couple of months? Thats awesome please email me with what exercises you did.  Thank you for helping me.

its hard for me to give up junk food but im trying!!!! modeling was on my mind too for my future..but this problem of loosing weight is hard!!!! please email me bak asap!!! thank you!!!

Stargirl1220: I cheer for an allstar team and coach/cheer for my highschool. Please don't let you weightloss or lack there of stop you from trying out, unless stunting or tumbling is required if you are sharp, spirited and pick things up quickly you have a really good chance already.
